Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling an order is time-sensitive so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has already shipped out, then this cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us via phone during our business hours at 8800580039 or via the CONTACT US page.
What are the possible payment Methods
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, Credit & Debit Cards or Pay on Delivery.
When will I get my Refund ?
After initiating the refund, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Often, refunds are credited within 2 days. If there are any complications, you may need to file a chargeback request with your bank's customer service. To do this, complete a form and submit it to the issuing bank, including the transaction details and the reason for the chargeback request.
My payment has been deducted, but my order has not been confirmed
Your order wasn't confirmed for some reason, but please don't worry. Any amount that was charged will be returned to your original payment method within 48 hours. Also, if any cashback or funds from your wallet are used, they will be reinstated to your wallet.
What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping is available for a limited time on all India orders. We require 1-2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2-5 business days. Kindly note, processing and shipping times are subject to delays during major holidays.
Can I use PROADS products while I am pregnant or nursing?
