1. Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.
Cancelling an order is time-sensitive so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has already shipped out, then this cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us via phone during our business hours at 9810066207 or via the CONTACT US page.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, Credit & Debit Cards or Pay on Delivery.

1. What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping is available for a limited time on all India orders. We require 1-2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2-5 business days. Kindly note, processing and shipping times are subject to delays during major holidays.

1. Can I use PROADS products while I am pregnant or nursing?

We recommend consulting your physician for any concerns. All ingredients used are listed on our packaging as well as on each product page on the website. For more information please CONTACT US.
The frequency of product usage depends on various factors, including your hair type, lifestyle, and personal preferences. As a general guideline, we recommend using our shampoo and conditioner at least two to three times a week, and styling products as needed. However, feel free to adjust the frequency based on what works best for your hair.
